Grounding with the earth: The Most Important Health Discovery Ever?

When you walk barefoot on a sandy beach or a dew-covered field, can you feel a gentle tingling or warmth flowing up from your feet? Did your walk give you a fresh start? If you did, you felt the Earth give your body energy.

We live on a planet that is full of natural energies. Its surface is full of frequencies that pulse in a way most people don’t understand. Who thinks of the sand, grass, sidewalk, or dirt under their feet as a field of energy?

Even today, most individuals are completely oblivious of their bioelectrical nature. Almost no one thinks their body and the Earth are electrically or energetically connected. No one in school learns about it. So no one knows that we are mostly cut off from the Earth and no longer connected to it. In developed societies, especially, we have forgotten where electricity came from.

  • It restores your body’s natural internal electrical balance and rhythms, promoting the proper functioning of bodily systems such as the cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, and immunological systems.
  • The Earth itself is the original anti-inflammatory. And the planet itself is the biggest electron donor on the planet.
  • Electron deficiency can cause inflammations. It corrects an electron shortage to minimize inflammation, a prevalent cause of illness. It transforms the neurological system from stress-dominated to tranquil, allowing you to sleep better.
  • The heart is an electrical organ. Each heartbeat is triggered by an electrical signal from the heart muscle, which an EKG records. Heart disease can disrupt electrical and pumping functions. Problems with the electrical system can make it hard for the heart to pump blood efficiently. Earthing and mitochondria health is the key to maintaining heart health.

What is Earthing?

Earthing is when you connect your body to the Earth’s constant and gentle surface energies. It means walking barefoot outside and sitting, working, or sleeping inside while connected to a conductive device that sends the Earth’s natural healing energy into your body.

Your body is filled with negative-charged free electrons, abundant on the Earth’s surface.

Through earthing, A pleasant, tingling sensation and emotions of relaxation and well-being are common.

And Earthing is one of the most natural and risk-free activities you can engage in.

What is The Purpose of Earthing?

When your mitochondria exhaust their electrons, the “used” electrons generally bind to oxygen molecules. On the other hand, extra electrons can go to any electrical ground, even the Earth itself. That’s why you’re feeling better.

When you walk barefoot on grass or the beach, you feel stimulated, which is why Electrically earthing yourself might help you sleep better, minimize inflammation, and eliminate jet lag.

Cortisol levels before and after grounding

Any stress, real or imagined, physical or psychological, causes your adrenal glands to release cortisol. This hormone regulates blood sugar levels, metabolism, immunological response, inflammation, blood pressure, and activation of the central nervous system.

Cortisol is not inherently dangerous. We require a certain level of it at all times, and we require more of it during times of stress; for example, Autophagy happens in response to mild stress from exercise or fasting(dry fasting mostly) and Cellular stress such as cold showers also activate mitochondrial biogenesis, creating new mitochondria.

This is why your body increases cortisol as part of the fight-or-flight reaction. However, Our stress response is so often stimulated that our cortisol levels are always advanced. Chronic stress causes various issues, including impaired metabolism and also causes of even binge eating.

Certain things can help you, such as earthing for lowering cortisol levels.

20 Minutes it’s Okey For Health Problems

The body evolved using Earth’s electrical energy (ground) to maintain electrical stability for self-regulating and self-healing systems.

People typically experience a healing reaction following twenty to thirty minutes of earthing. However, pain relief can happen considerably more quickly.

Can Testosterone Hormone Effect Sleep Quality?

According to anthropologists, many ancient cultures placed a high value on dreaming and the stages of sleep. Some cultures believed that when a person slept, their soul entered another world. The idea that sleep slows down the body and brain to the point where it is almost dead was perhaps more prevalent in Western history.

Sleep is a physical and mental state in which the nervous system is mostly inactive, muscles are relaxed, and consciousness is suspended. It is also regarded as a condition of relaxation. Sleep is essential for survival, and sleep time influences morning testosterone levels in older men.

Yet, your body detoxifies during sleep by removing free radicals. Detoxification is crucial since free radicals can cause sickness and cancer. Also, according to research, people who are sleep-deprived report increases in negative moods (anger, frustration, irritability, sadness) and decreases in positive moods. More than %60 percent of the daily testosterone release in men occurs during sleep. (source)

As you can see, sleep affects our testosterone levels and other hormones. This article will dive deeply into sleep, testosterone, and brain health.

Bullet Points

  • Low testosterone levels have been associated with sleep deficiency and severe sleep apnea. Total sleep time influences morning testosterone levels in older men. (source)
  • The effects of sleep loss on testosterone levels were clear. Male testosterone levels dropped by 10–15% after five hours of sleep. This shows that sleep is directly correlated to testosterone level.
  • During sleep, hypothalamic neurons release sleep neurotransmitters, including GABA and galanin, while inhibiting dopamine, histamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin neurons (monoaminergic neurons).
  • Human growth hormone secretions are the most important for one man and a female. The more you deep sleep, the more you have growth hormones because growth hormone surge is largely sleep-dependent hormones. Also, High-intensity, GABA, and intermittent fasting increase HGH the most, but in my opinion, forms of exercise are beneficial. Still, I believe Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is the best for increasing self-defense while enjoying exercise benefits.
  • According to human research, blood testosterone levels will fall when cortisol is administered into the circulation while the body is at rest. Evidence that increased cortisol levels by over-exercise may eventually lead to decreased circulating testosterone levels and impair sleep quality.
  • You can optimize your testosterone while lowering sleep, increasing healthy fats, exercise, and good quality sleeps. However, the best way lower stress or handles stress is using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, meditation, Hypnosis, and Wim hof breathing. Also, some adaptogens and supplements such as Rhodiola Rosea With B vitamins, Magnesium with B6, and Vitamin D are good for this regard.

Understand Testosterone and the Brain

Testosterone appears to activate a distributed cortical network called the ventral processing stream when performing stress tasks. Adding more testosterone enhances spatial cognition in younger and older hypogonadal men. Furthermore, low testosterone is linked to depressive disorders.

The hippocampus, amygdala, and hypothalamus are among the brain regions most directly impacted by testosterone, which also has an impact on memory, and mood. The areas of the hippocampus also helps create new brain cells which improve cognitions

Why Gut health is the Cornerstone For Brain Health?

Why Gut health is the Cornerstone For Brain Health?

The more we learn about the gut, its special intelligence becomes clear. A growing body of evidence suggests that the trillions of microbial inhabitants that live within us have a deep, complex relationship with our health and nervous systems, including our allergies, diabetes, and cancer, as well as, more mysteriously, with our brains and behavior.

This “brain in your gut” is transforming the scientific society’s familiarity with the connections between digestion, emotion, health, and even the way you think. Many scientists now refer to the gut’s neurons as “the second brain.”

Yet, a growing body of evidence links guts microbiota to gastrointestinal and extragastrointestinal illnesses. Dysbiosis and gut inflammation have been related to the development of numerous mental diseases, including anxiety and depression, which are common in today’s culture.

First, Understanding Our Brain

The brain utilizes the most energy of any organ in the body; under normal physiological conditions, the brain generates ATP mostly from glucose. When glucose is scarce, such as during prolonged fasting, ketone bodies become an important energy source for the brain.

Any mitochondrial damage and inflammation were related to cognitive problems. Research shows People with higher inflammation has cognition problem.

Inflammation Inhibits Brain Chemicals, Decreases BDNF production in Hippocampus.

Do you know that certain inflammation in your body leads to detrimental brain chemicals?

It’s critical to take brain inflammation seriously since it causes damage to and death of brain cells, speeding up the aging process and causing atrophy of the brain.  Studies showed on mice provide great insight into how the types of bacteria in your gut can influence your inflammation levels.

Our microbiome acts as a second brain, regulating our emotions and overall health.

Did you know that stress quickly eliminates many helpful microorganisms our bodies need? Yes. Due to its extreme fragility, the microbiome can be profoundly affected by stress in as little as 24 hours.

The millions of microorganisms that call your body home may influence your appetite for sugary, starchy, and fatty foods. The issue isn't just causing us to consume too much; they may also be hindering our capacity to think clearly, disrupting our cognition, and causing memory loss, all of which contribute to a foggy state of mind. They might perhaps trigger feelings of melancholy in us.

We will explore the microbiome, its effects on our mood, and how to improve it.

In other words, what exactly is the vagus nerve? What Role Do Vagus Nerves Play in Mood Regulation?

Among the twelve cranial nerves, the vagus nerve is the longest. It is the primary route through which the hundreds of millions of nerve cells that make up our gastrointestinal nervous system relay information to our brain.

It regulates activities in the body we are often unaware of. Maintaining a regular heartbeat and healthy digestion are two examples of these critical functions.

It has been found that the stimulation and activity of the cells along the vagus nerve are directly affected by the number of bacteria in the stomach. The vagus nerve connects the gastrointestinal tract to the central nervous system, and some bacteria in the stomach can secrete chemical messengers that are identical to those produced by neurons.

Summary

When thinking about gut health, we can't discount the importance of the complete body, vagus nerves, and probiotics.

Ninety percent of the brain's feel-good neurotransmitters are made in the gut, and probiotics help with that process.

These happy hormones cannot do their jobs if there is inflammation in that area.

Depression is far more likely to occur in those who are inflammatory. Increases in inflammatory markers are associated with more severe mood disorders. This classifies depression in the same category as other inflammatory diseases including Parkinson's, MS, and Alzheimer's.

Can Scammers Hypnotize People Through Phones?

Can Scammers Hypnotize People Through Phones?

Scammers are always coming up with new schemes to steal our money or personal information, and it can be hard to protect ourselves from them. But it’s essential to be vigilant because scammers can be very effective at getting what they want.

The questions arise:

  • Can scammers hypnotize people through phones?
  • If so, how can a scammer hypnotize people on the phone?

We will cover the questions answered here. Before, we should know a little bit about what’s mean hypnotized.

Hypnotism is a process of placing someone into a trance-like state in which they are more open to suggestions. It can be used for medical or therapeutic purposes or to get someone to do something they wouldn’t ordinarily do.

You are awake.

Hypnotized people are not sleeping. People who are hypnotized are awake and aware of their surroundings, though they may be in a deep trance-like state. In this state, they are more open to suggestions and will likely follow the hypnotist’s directions.

Is hypnosis working?

There is still a lot of debate over whether hypnosis works or not. Some people swear by it, while others think it’s nothing more than a placebo effect. The truth is, hypnosis probably does work – but it depends on how you define ‘working.’

If you believe that hypnosis can help you lose weight, stop smoking, or overcome any other personal challenge, it’s likely to work for you.

However, if you view hypnosis as a form of magic that will instantly solve all your problems, you’re likely to be disappointed.

You can change your subconscious mind through repetition, so anything hypnosis, meditation, and other types of things you need for consistency and repetition till positive change happens.

·      People use hypnosis for lower brain activity and relaxation purposes. Also hypnosis also helps fight bad habits, pain control, insomnia, phobias, and other medical conditions.

·      In a hypnotic trance, you become close to an unconscious state (not sleep), and you become more suggestible to hypnotic suggestions, thoughts, ideas, affirmations, and Subliminals.

The power of suggestion mostly depends on what kind of belief you have and your conscious mind. The more you have resistance, and the less hypnotize works.

Hypnosis seems easy, but as you can see, you need to become in a relaxed and calm state for better work and become receptive to affirmations.

The hypnotherapist use relaxation techniques and hypnosis techniques to become a hypnotist state.

How does hypnosis affect the brain activity?

Brain activity is a big topic in psychology. It has been studied for a long time, and there is still so much that we don’t know. An electroencephalogram or EEG can measure brain activity. But, can hypnosis change a person’s brain activity?

This article will explore the idea of hypnosis and brain activity. We will look at what brainwaves are, how you can change them, and how hypnosis can be used.

  • Brain activity can play a significant role in how we act. The brain can produce an electrical charge that causes neurons to fire. When the brain is active, the neurons are stimulated and release chemicals, which increase the blood flow to the brain. This can lead to heightened moods, increased focus, and better sleep.
  • Hypnosis alters your brain activity via changing the brain waves and increasing the amount of alpha and theta waves.
  • When you have a high amount of alpha brain waves, you will secret more serotonin and other positive chemicals.
  • You can’t hypnotize some people easily; some are the more valuable. It mainly depends on person to person.
  • Hypnotherapist certified instruction will use some hypnosis techniques to ensure you are in a trance state. When you are in a trance state, you will experience your brain activity could change.

The Brain Waves and Brain Activity

. We don’t even know everything about it yet. The brain has been studied for many years. We now know that there are 12 types of brain waves, with each type corresponding to different states of consciousness or activity in the brain.

When you are under hypnosis:

  • Beta brain waves
  • Alpha brain waves
  • Theta brain waves
  • Delta brain waves

Alpha brain waves are the brain waves associated with an awake but relaxed state. They’re in between the frequency of beta and theta. Like other brainwaves, alpha waves are recorded using an EEG machine, with reading coming from electrodes placed on one’s head.

Theta brain waves are a type of brainwave that occurs in the alpha, beta, and gamma range. Theta waves are essential for various tasks such as information processing, learning new skills, and regulating emotions.

Summary

People can easily change their brain activity through hypnosis. Self-hypnosis, for example, I have used regularly to become a calmer person. Brain function and cognition will better work when you are relaxed state, and neuroscience showed us the more meditative state you are like hypnosis, the more you have right hemisphere brain areas. Self-hypnosis isn’t expensive as well as guided meditation too. You just need headphones, willpower, belief, and consistency for at least four weeks.

How To Take Meditation To The Next Level?

The present moment is only the moment we are living in. However, your mind is constantly working on; we are losing a present moment, focused on too much material life leads to walking together anxiety and depression.

Inner peace comes from how deeply connected the present moment is. Stressful life, the overactive amygdala will imprison the future or past. When that happens, we are losing the present moment.

Buddhism, Taoism, Zen, and other philosophy teach us how to live with peace, kindness, compassion, and calming sensation. So, they cultivate the types of meditation techniques for this.

Here are the types of meditations.

A lot of meditations are available; here are some of them.

  • Guided meditations: Guided meditations are becoming increasingly popular in modern society. This is because they are relaxing, and the process can be more efficient than other relaxation techniques. They provide an opportunity for the body to release tension, reduce anxiety and stress, promote healthy sleeping habits, and improve mental health. Also, it’s easy to follow.
  • Mantra Meditation: Mantra meditation is a time-honored tradition of chanting a mantra. A mantra is an ancient Sanskrit word meaning “thought” or “sacred utterance.” You can practice mantra meditation anywhere at any time. It has the power to transform a person’s mind by removing mental clutter and increasing peace of mind.
  • Mindfulness Meditation: Mindfulness meditation focuses on sustaining one’s attention in the present moment, and it entails the practice of maintaining a non-judgmental awareness of one’s thoughts and feelings.
  • Metta Meditation: Metta meditation is a Buddhist practice to create love, kindness, and compassion. It can be used as a form of self-compassion and self-love. In this guided meditation, you will be shown how to do metta meditation and what to do if you experience difficulties.
  • Body scan meditation: Body scan meditation is a form of mindfulness meditation. In this form of meditation, you focus on the sensations of your body. Typically, you start at your toes and work your way up to the top of your head. This meditation can help improve concentration, reduce stress and anxiety, treat insomnia, and help people with chronic pain disorders.
  • Visualization: This technique is a form of meditation that creates a mental image to represent the desired outcome. It is often paired with breathing techniques and meditation to reinforce the goal.

There are also other meditation techniques such as five-element Qigong, microcosmic orbit meditation, and list.

However, not all meditation types target the same things. Some of them increase overall health and energy, and some of them have more spiritual purposes.

Also, observe yourself. If you are angry, stressed, and have a hatred of the people, loving-kindness meditation would be best.

If you have focused problems, it would be a good mantra or other types of meditation.

It would be best to focus on some energy mediations if you have low-level energy.

As you can see, it mainly depends on your character. For me, I am using mixed meditations. Sometimes moving, sometimes visual, sometimes body-scan meditation.

Instead of philosophy, I need to understand my jealousy, anger, and other types of negative emotions that suck my energy. ( They’re not wrong, of course, this is another area we can discuss.)

I’m working on them using techniques such as Cognitive behavior therapy, Hypnosis, and other things to convert that emotion into a better way. Yet, if you are like this, you can try to calm the mind using some forgiveness techniques or consciously work on them.

Some people do have not that issues that are simple and do not observe questions or other things about society.

So, you might be different. Some people can be living in a calm state. If so, it’s better to focus on some spiritual philosophy and meditation types, such as Zen and Buddhist meditation. More reading about philosophy asks a question.

Qi Gong for Weight Loss – Can We Burn Calories?

Qi Gong for Weight Loss – Can We Burn Calories?

Chi-energy healing

Chi energy is vital life energy for all life functions. For some western people, the “chi” is the same as “mitochondria.”

According to Taoism, when our chi level is dropped, our body is affected badly.

  • Energy flow decreases, which triggers the illness.
  • A low Qi or chi energy level leads to chronic fatigue syndromes and hormones.
  • Traditional Chinese believe free-flowing qi energy is vital in all aspects of life, including weight loss and BMI level. Weight gain is also an imbalance of qi level.
  • Buddism believes Qi energy is the same as Prana energy.

Health problems such as overeating and others happen when chi energy becomes unbalanced. So, optimizing Qi energy is vital for well-being and other problems.

Your internal organs also control your appetite by sending the signal brain. Practicing healing sounds will help balance the overactive qi level in your internal organs.

Ancient Chinese

Ancient Chinese is different properties when it comes to self-healing and living with harmony.

Acupuncture, healing techniques, has become a popular western medicine.

Other techniques such as the five elements of Qigong enhance healing techniques and chi gong use.

Also, Ancient Chinese have similarities to Buddhism regarding stress-reduction, meditation, mindfulness, and activation of internet energy through balancing energy.

  • The ancient practice of tai chi, Qigong, or other techniques believes humans are made of yin yang energy, and nature follows this context.
  • Stressful situations will affect Qi’s energy, imbalance of yin yang, and other symptoms occur.
  • Qigong’s ultimate goal is to balance your qi energy and cultivate and nourish qi energy and vitality. This will lead to a good energy level, balanced life, lower stress, and improved metabolism.

Chinese philosophy is looking to improve your chi energy balance that helps manage stress and improve your spirituality level.

Also, some guided meditation for coping with anxious thoughts, vitality, and energy works called Microcosmic meridian mediation.
